UEFA general secretary Theodore Theodoridis communicated the deadline in a letter to FIFA, according to the BBC, noting that several fundamental questions remained unanswered.

UEFA also submitted an eight-page document to FIFA outlining its concerns about several issues, including the FIFA Forward Enterprise investment proposal, the FIFA Peace Prize and the suspension of a ban involving United States forward Folarin Balogun.
