Global mobility and delivery services platform, inDrive, has partnered with Lagos Life, a viral browser-based game inspired by everyday life in Lagos, to become the exclusive ride-hailing service featured on the platform.

The partnership will integrate inDrive’s distinctive fare-negotiation model into the game, allowing players to experience its flexible pricing system. The in-game cab service now features a “Book inDrive” option and a fare-negotiation button through which players can simulate how passengers and drivers propose and agree on fares instead of relying on fixed prices.

Speaking on the partnership, inDrive Nigeria Country Manager Timothy Oladimeji said the collaboration reflects the company’s commitment to exploring innovative ways to connect with audiences and make its mobility services more relatable.

Oladimeji added that the partnership reinforces the company’s belief that passengers should have a say in determining how much they pay for rides.

“We are excited to bring the inDrive experience into Lagos Life and connect with users in a new and engaging way. At the heart of our service is the belief that people should have a say in how much they pay for a ride,” he said.

He noted that bringing the experience into a game inspired by Lagos would make inDrive’s approach to fair and flexible mobility part of a digital experience that resonates with the city’s culture and creativity.
