As Ekiti State seeks to elect Local Government chairmen and other exco tomorrow, the state government has restricted movement between 6am-4pm.
In a statement by the Chief of Staff to the Governor ,Ekiti State, Biodun Omoleye, the restriction is to allow for a smooth conduct of the Local Government Election across the State.
Omoleye advised students participating in NECO Examinations across the state are advised to go out with valid proof of Identification to allow unhindered access.
According to him, the state government will guarantee the safety of every citizen of the state before, during and after the elections.
It would be recalled that the main opposition in the state, PDP has boycotted the election alleging the results are already determined by the ruling party in the state.
