Buhari Approves The Release Of N6.5 Billions To Fight Against The Coronavirus

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved additional N6.5 billion for the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, to tackle the spread of Coronavirus, COVID-19, in the country.

The Minister of Finance, Zainab Ahmed, disclosed this in Abuja on Wednesday.

The Buhari-led Federal Government had initially approved over N900 million for the fight against the dreaded virus.
