2Baba reacts to rumours of being broke

Veteran Afrobeats musician Innocent Idibia, known 2Baba, has denied allegations that he is broke.

During a recent episode of the +234 Mzansi Podcast, co-hosted by actor Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, nicknamed Nedu, the ‘African Queen’ hitmaker emphasised that he is not broke, as previously claimed.

2Baba stated that he put his musical riches in other projects. He stressed his ability to live peacefully with or without music.

“I’m not broke. I invested my money. I can live with or without music,” the singer said.

2Baba is reputed to be one of the most bankable artists in Nigeria and Africa.

He has investments in real estate, record label, and the hospitality industry.
