Photos: Nigerian Artist Designs FA Cup
A Nigerian skilled artist identified as Olaolu Akeredolu-Ale has created the trophy for the upcoming 2024 Emirates FA Cup final happening this Saturday.
The English Football Association reached out to the 23-year-old who is also known as Olaolu Slawn, asking him to create a unique trophy for a special event following the BRIT awards.
Confirming the achievement, Olaolu Slawn shared photos on his X handle with the caption, “Biggest thing I’ve done yet. My tribute to the FA Cup trophy. Slawn and #ThomasLyte. Thank you #EmiratesFACup. Amen.”
