Osimhen Shines with Brace of Assists in Galatasaray’s 5–1 Win over Eyüpspor

Galatasaray defeated Eyuspor 5-1 in their Turkish Super Lig match at the RAMS Park on Friday, with Victor Osimhen contributing two assists.

Osimhen set up Yunus Akgün for Galatasaray’s first goal after two minutes.

Three minutes after halftime, the Nigeria international set up Mauro Icardi for the home team’s third goal.

The 27-year-old has so far scored nine goals and registered three assists in 16 league appearances for the Yellow and Reds this season.

Galatasaray top the standings with 55 points, six points ahead of second-placed Fenerbahce, who will face Trabzonspor on Saturday.

Okan Buruk’s side will face Serie A giants, Juventus in the CAF Champions League playoff next week Tuesday.
