Nigeria Needs Unity To Excel, Adefarasin Says As “The Experience 17” Begins
This year’s edition themed, Jesus: The Exceptional One, will be holding onsite at the TBS on the 2nd of December, 2022 commencing at 7pm.
As the annual gospel musical concert, The Experience 17 begins today in Lagos, Convener and Metropolitan of all House On The Rock, Paul Adefarasin, has said the unity of Nigeria is non negotiable if the Nation hopes to maximise her potentials as the gaint of Africa.
Adefarasin stated this while addressing journalists in Lagos on the preparartions for the annual gospel concert, The Experience.
This year’s edition themed, Jesus: The Exceptional One, will be holding onsite at the TBS on the 2nd of December, 2022 commencing at 7pm.
According to him, one of the major features of the concert is the unity of faith and purpose which he said Nigeria needs ahead of 2023 elections for new leaders to emerge. He pointed out that the current Nigeria political leaders need to give way for forward thinking, excellent and Godly leaders to emerge.
The clergy man charged Nigerians to be firm, resolute and determined to change the narratives with their votes come next year.
He said ” one of the most remarkable things about this much-awaited event is its ability to bring together a cross section of people through musicin absolute surrender to their Maker giving no thought to age, gender, race, status or religious inclination. Nothing beats the sound of drums, the feel of worship, the excitement of the crowd, the heartfelt expression of love and adoration to the God who inhabits the praises of His people.”
The 17th edition of The Experience boasts an array of award-winningfrontline indigenous and international artistes such as, Travis Greene, Sinach, Donnie McClurkin, Nathaniel Bassey, Chandler Moore, Dunsin Oyekan, Phil Thompson, Muyiwa Olarewaju, Mr. M & Revelation, Tim Hughes, Tope Alabi, Mercy Chinwo, Onos Ariyo, Preye odede, Eno Micheals, Eben and the Lagos Metropolitan Gospel Choir of the House On The Rockand many others.
