Lagos Confirms 3rd Case Of COVID-19

The Lagos state government has confirmed a third case of coronavirus in the state.

Prof. Akin Abayomi, the state’s commissioner of health, disclosed this at a press conference, on Tuesday.

This development comes days after the state government confirmed that the second case was now free of the virus.

Prof Abayomi said the woman ” is now in isolation and receiving care at Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba. Contact tracing of all passengers and all those who may have come in contact with this latest case has commenced”.
