IBB Publicises Kumuyi’s Global Crusade

Former Military Head of State, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida has called on all Niger State residents, irrespective of religion to attend the much-awaited Global Crusade with Kumuyi (GCK), taking place in Minna, Niger State.

IBB made this call when the General Overseer of the Deeper Life Christian Ministry and Convener of GCK, Pastor Dr. W.F Kumuyi paid him a courtesy visit at his Hilltop Mansion in Minna.

While speaking, the former Military Leader who described Kumuyi as a ”friend and honest man” thanked the pastor for visiting the state and his home.

He said, “I want to welcome you firstly to Minna and secondly to my home. I just want to say that I have known you for a long time. You have been a very sincere and honest friend and a good man.”

He further called on all residents to attend the Global Crusade, holding at the Trade Fair Complex, Minna, starting from Thursday, 22nd to 27th September, 2022, with the theme, God of All Possibilities.

“So I will advice everybody in Niger State to attend the GCK because you a good man. You know what is good for Nigerlites and those of us who are your friends,” IBB said.

The former Military General added, “I know what you are going to say what will be useful for all citizens in the state. So I encourage everybody to attend the crusade.”

In response, Kumuyi assured prospective participants that God almighty would do great things during the crusade.

He said, ” We thank the Lord because we know the lord I going to do great things in Niger State and to those people who are going to be watching. It is going to be a great time together.”

Earlier, the Niger State Governor, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello represented by his Deputy, Alhaji Ahmed Mohammed Ketso, had described Kumuyi’s visit as a signal to the end of banditry in the North Central State.

“We believe that with your coming at least half of our problems particularly insecurity will be solved”, he had said.

The Governor expressed gratitude to the GCK Convener for picking the state as venue for the crusade out of all the states in the North Central Geo political Zone of the country.

Meanwhile, about 300,000 participants are expected to converge at the venue of the crusade with no fewer than 14 million online audience world wide.
