Following the wide spread of hardship across the Nation, President Bola Tinubu will address Nigerians at 7pm Monday, July 31st.
According to the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Tope Ajayi, on his facebook, ” Tinubu will use the national broadcast to outline government intervention programmes that will help businesses and households cope with the current economic headwinds.”
Ajayi said ” The President will make a passionate appeal to Nigerians to understand the reasons why the ongoing economic reforms must continue, to avert fiscal crisis and uncertain future.”
Television, radio stations and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast.
