EPL: I didn’t join Man Utd to be head coach, I am not Mourinho or Conte – Amorim
Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim, has asked certain key officials at the club to “do their jobs”.
Amorim made several controversial statements after the Red Devils dropped points again on Sunday.
United played out a 1-1 draw at Elland Road, with Matheus Cunha canceling out Brenden Aaronson’s strike.“I came here to be the manager of Manchester United, not to be the head coach,” Amorim said.
“I know my name is not Conte, Tuchel, Mourinho but I’m the manager of Manchester United.
“It’s going to be like this for 18 months or until the board decide to change. I’m not going to quit.”
