COVID-19: Fayemi Tests Negative, Urges Continued Vigilance
The result of COVID -19 conducted on the Ekiti State governor, Kayode Fayemi has returned negative.
The governor announced this via his verified twitter handle on Friday. He called on everyone to be vigilant while thanking all for the concern shown to him.
He said: “I just received my test result from NCDC and it is negative. Thanks to all for your concern. This, however, calls for continued vigilance on the part of everyone. Covid-19 is real and we cannot afford to be complacent. JKF”
Fayemi had submitted himself for the test after two of those he had contact with tested positive two days ago.
