I don’t have personal relationship with Wizkid, Burna Boy – Davido

Right now, I think the three of us understand that it is bigger than us.”
On his fallout with Tiwa Savage, Davido said, “Tiwa Savage is my sister for life, I love her and her child, we are family. Our fight is just like a brother and sister’s fight. I will never allow anything to happen to her.”

I’m holier than you – Lizzy Anjorin blasts Tope Alabi for refusing to perform at her birthday

Controversial Nigerian actress, Lizzy Anjorin has claimed that she’s more holier than popular gospel musician, Tope Alabi.
The actress stated this while reacting to the controversy over Tope Alabi’s refusal to perform at her birthday.
According to reports, Tope Alabi, who was paid to surprise an undisclosed celebrant, refused to perform after she discovered who the celebrant was.
The surprise birthday celebration took an unexpected turn when Tope and Soji Alabi, her husband, who doubles as her manager, refused to come out of the car when they arrived at the venue.
Reacting to the development on her Instagram page, Anjorin criticised the surprise organizers, claiming she is holier than the gospel singer.
Anjorin claimed she does not need Tope Alabi because the best of her songs are in her album and she can easily play them at home.
“Aunty Tope, I love you but I do not need you. If I had invited her myself, I would not have paid a dime.
“I’m holier than you, aunty mi Tope. If we are to ask about your impact in society, I have impacted more lives than you. I’m holier than you. I have done more good than you did and I am pure. If you judge me because of my court cases, I am thankful that God did not judge me”.

Actor Ijoba Lande makes U-turn on 90k payment, begs Funke Akindele for mercy

Nollywood actor and content creator, Ijoba Lande has asked for mercy after accusing filmmaker Funke Akindele of underpaying him.
In a new video trending on social media, Lande stated that he never intended to harm Akindele’s image and blamed the response on a misleading, edited version of his previous video.
“Please help me. Don’t let me end up in jail. Help me beg Funke Akindele,” he said.
He explained that the original video was misrepresented and that his words were taken out of context.
“The video people are sharing was edited. That’s not how I originally recorded it. I never had any intention to tarnish her image. She didn’t wrong me,” he said.
The comedian added that the amount he mentioned was also misquoted.
“The part where I mentioned 90k was cut and joined. What I actually said was 190k, and I even corrected myself in the full video. It was the cut and joined version that people picked. They didn’t show the full clip.”
He also noted that he spoke about Akindele’s achievements in the video, which were ignored by those who shared the clip.
“We even talked about the great things Funke Akindele has done in the industry.”
Lande also feared legal action from the actress and pleaded with Nigerians to help him avoid a defamation case.
“Please don’t let this ruin my life. What if Funke Akindele sues me, saying I lied that I was paid 190k? Where would I find the money to pay for defamation?”
It was earlier reported that the comedian had claimed in a viral video that he worked for Funke Akindele at Amen Estate for a full month and received only ₦90,000.
He admitted that he didn’t negotiate the payment properly because he was excited to work with her.
