Report indicates that ussian forces moved into Kyiv, capital of Ukraine, on the second day of its military operation in the country.
According to BBC, Ukrainian authorities said Russian troops were in the northern district of Kyiv.
Russian armoured vehicles reportedly advanced into the capital city though the northern district.
Ukraine President Zelensky has since addressed the nation and appealed to Putin to stop the assault and consider a ceasefire.
