2027: Igbokwe says Obasanjo warned Nigerians against trusting Atiku
All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain Joe Igbokwe has claimed that former President Olusegun Obasanjo had long warned Nigerians not to place their trust in former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.
Igbokwe made the remark while dismissing Atiku’s chances of becoming Nigeria’s president, insisting that the country’s treasury should not be entrusted to the former vice president.
His comments come amid renewed political discussions ahead of the 2027 general elections.
