The All Progressives Congress (APC) will hold its governorship rally for the November 6 election on November 3rd, the party has announced
The party also announced that it will begin the campaigns in all the local government areas on Tuesday starting with Onitsha North and South.
The Deputy Director General of Senator Andy Uba campaign Organisation, Hon Ifeanyi Ibezi, disclosed this during the party’s stakeholders meeting on Sunday at Oma event Centre, Awka.
The stakeholders meeting saw the assemblage of chairmen of APC in the 21 local government areas and the 27 Directorate of the campaign Organisation
Addressing the stakeholders, the member, representing Onitsha North and South Federal Constituency, Hon Linda Ikpeazu, said they should see the November election as war with other parties.
She said they should not leave anything to chances as APC had really come to win the governorship election with Senator Andy Uba.
Ikpeazu said they should begin with campaign of door- to-door in their wards, as according to the lawmaker” we’re not playing with this election ”

He urged everyone to be vigilant, adding that everyone should keep his or her voting cards ready for the war ahead
The governorship candidate of APC, Senator Andy Uba, told them not to listen to any rumour but focus to avoid distractions.
He assured that the election would be won at the polling booths and not through rigging, adding that the era of rigging elections in Anambra was gone.
The stakeholders meeting was attended by former governorship aspirants from APGA Hon Nonso Okafor; that of PDP, Chief Chuma Nzeribe, former Speakers Rita Maduagwu and chairman of the party, Sir Basil Ejidike and many others.
